KPS is tremendously honored to have the following project management thought leaders as voluntary members of our Board of Advisors. The board provides unbiased and balanced advice to KPS Management on areas such as business management, service offerings, best practices (execution, employee screening, etc) and industry trends based on their own experience and expertise. We feel their contributions provide a better company and experience for our clients.

Bernardo Tirado an author, speaker, trainer, and consultant, is the CEO of The Project Box, LLC - a Management Consulting firm specializing in Project Management Leadership and Human Performance.

Bernardo is a seasoned business transformation executive with extensive experience in building global shared services, transforming organizations through process improvement, and developing new business capabilities for Fortune 500 companies.?

In addition to being a certified Body Language expert and a Train-the-Trainer in Behavioral Analysis, he is an Industrial Psychologist, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and a certified Project Management Professional.

Bernardo was a former Adjunct Professor and now is an author of several books including Leadership: Helping Others To Succeed and the upcoming release of the Gower’s Handbook of Project Management. You can also read his column on called Digital Leaders where he writes about Technology and Leadership.

Gerry Fajardo is the Co-Founder and Owner of Ecotech Data Solutions, Gerry provides over 14 years of IT experience working on large enterprise technology projects in systems engineering and project management capacities within many Fortune 500 companies across many different verticals. He has experience project managing datacenter build outs, infrastructure uplifts, people and technology relocations, and a broad range of software development rollouts.

Ecotech DS provides their clients with a “one stop shopping” experience by handling all the complex work streams involved with asset dispositions (compliance\regulations, sub-contractors, shipping logistics, and data destruction). In addition, leveraging his PM experience he hopes to develop and mature clients’ “Green” Project Management approach.

Gerry holds a Masters in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University. He is also PMP certified under the Project Management Institute. Gerry is a thirteen year practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and received his black belt under Renzo Gracie in 2008 (Gracie’s are the arts founding family) located here in NYC.

Rob Prinzo is the founder and CEO of The Prinzo Group and senior consultant with the firm. Rob works with organizations to develop and implement strategic plans, conducts workshops on the implementation of technology and is an internationally recognized business writer.

Prior to starting the Prinzo Group, Rob spent over 15 years working with Fortune 500 Companies, State Governments and Start-ups. He has held various roles including: Managing Partner (Anteo Consulting), Technology Director (Georgia Technology Authority), Practice Manager, Sales Executive, Consultant and Trainer (The Hunter Group) and consultant (Dun & Bradstreet Software).

He is the author of the book No Wishing Required: The Business Case for Project Assurance. Rob has been featured or interviewed by CRN, Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Training Magazine, Supply and Demand Chain Executive, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chief Learning Officer and many more. Rob holds a master’s degree in industrial management and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, both from Clemson University.
