Jasmin Kelly has 15 years of experience in operations, business analysis, and process improvement at some of the world’s leading financial firms, including JPMorgan, Prudential Financial, and Genworth. This exposure to world-class organizations has provided her the tremendous opportunity to develop skills in the areas of change management, process re-engineering, team building, and communications. Jasmin has extensive experience helping managers connect with their team members and improving team communications. Additionally, Jasmin provided personal coaching to executives that have experienced success but uncomfortable with the public speaking aspects that comes with addressing large audiences at their firm.
Jasmin earned her Bachelors of Science in Organizational Management from Nyack College. Additionally, she is a Certified Community Chaplain (via Corporate Chaplains of America), award winning speaker, Toastmasters Chapter President, and recent Area Governor for Toastmasters International.
Prior to starting KPS, Robert successfully led complex, enterprise projects for 15 years, with a portfolio that spans IT, marketing, procurement, and sales initiatives. Engagements have included development of new products and services, internal mergers of business units, establishing project management processes, and implementation of enterprise-wide sales funnels. The results of Robert’s efforts have been realized in over 40 countries around the world and across multiple sectors; including companies like Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Lenovo and Red Hat.
Robert has become a sought after industry leader for speaking events, blog contributions, and numerous interviews including Project Management Institutes’ magazine PMNetwork, CIO Magazine, Fast Company’s 30 Second MBA, and the Triangle Technical Recruiters Association. Additionally, Robert is the co-founder of #PMChat, a global community of project managers and business leaders that discuss best practices and lessons learned via various social media platforms.
